APPOINTMENT TIMES

Available appointment times for the day are dependent upon when the first appointment for that day is booked; therefore, if you book the first appointment for the day you can pick any time that works for you during our business hours for that day. However, if you are not the first appointment of the day your appointment will be scheduled any time immediately after or before the first appointment. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but this ensures that our massage therapists are not commuting to and from the office multiple times a day.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

Some insurance policies cover massage therapy. Please speak with your provider to confirm coverage prior to receiving service. Thank you.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates for Massage Therapy are available by request at the front desk.

CERTIFICATE OPTIONS

Certificates may only be purchased for the time durations offered under the services section which includes 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 90 minutes.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND/OR CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellations can be made by calling the office at: + 1 (517) 627-9111

CANCELLATION TERMS

- No fees are required to be paid if and only if the office is notified of the cancellation at least four hours prior to the appointment

- A fee of approximately half of the price of the scheduled massage will be required if the office is not notified of the cancellation at least four hours prior to the appointment

- The full price of the booked massage will be required to be paid if the office is not notified of the cancellation at any point and if the individual fails to show up to the appointment
