NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT

Schedule a new patient appointment for Crafted Care Chiropractic online by clicking the "Schedule an Appointment" buttons found throughout the website. Please note that after your new patient appointment, you will not need to schedule future appointments. We are a walk-in clinic; therefore, we do not schedule appointments for existing patients.

At the start of your appointment, we will give you some brief paperwork to fill out. This paperwork provides us with general information about you and your condition. Downloadable PDFs of the required New Patient Paperwork are available at the bottom of this page under NEW PATIENT PAPERWORK DOWNLOAD LINKS. You may fill them out prior to your appointment in order to save time.

Consultation

Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, and concerns, as well as potential treatment options.

History and Examination

To determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, several specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

X-ray Studies

Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you.

Home Instructions

Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.
